This Pharmacist Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Pharmacist") and 2468123 Ontario Corp., operating as ApotheMaven.com ("ApotheMaven.com", "we", "our", or "us").
By selecting "I Agree", creating a profile, applying for opportunities, communicating with pharmacies, or otherwise using the platform as a pharmacist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Professional Responsibility
You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You possess all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, and professional qualifications required to practice pharmacy within the jurisdictions where you seek opportunities.

All information provided to ApotheMaven.com is accurate, complete, and current.

You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
2. License Verification
You acknowledge that maintaining a valid pharmacy license and any required certifications is solely your responsibility.
ApotheMaven.com may request documentation or verification of professional credentials but is under no obligation to independently verify or monitor the status of any license, registration, or certification.
3. Independent Professional Status
You acknowledge and agree that:

ApotheMaven.com does not hire pharmacists.

ApotheMaven.com does not supervise your professional activities.

ApotheMaven.com does not guarantee employment or assignments.
Any engagement resulting from the platform exists solely between you and the pharmacy.
4. Availability and Profile Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate:
Pharmacies may rely on information you provide when making staffing decisions.
5. Professional Conduct
You agree to:

Conduct yourself professionally.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Follow pharmacy policies when engaged for assignments.

Maintain patient confidentiality.

Communicate honestly and respectfully.
6. Prohibited Activities
You shall not:

Misrepresent qualifications.

Submit false licensing information.

Falsify work history.
-
Impersonate another individual.

Engage in unlawful conduct.

Harass or abuse other users.

Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
7. No Guarantee of Opportunities
ApotheMaven.com does not guarantee:

Employment
-
Shift assignments
-
Interview requests
-
Pharmacy responses
-
Income opportunities
Availability of opportunities may vary by region and demand.
8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that ApotheMaven.com acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between pharmacies and pharmacists.
ApotheMaven.com shall not be responsible for:

Hiring decisions

Scheduling decisions

Compensation disputes

Workplace disputes
-
Professional disputes

Assignment cancellations
9. Suspension and Removal
ApotheMaven.com may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, including where:

Information appears inaccurate.

Professional credentials cannot be verified.

User conduct creates risk to the platform or other users.

This Agreement is violated.
